Study Results are Showing Cannabidiol (CBD) may be a a Potential Treatment for Acne?

Great news for teenagers and adults who deal with acne. Cannabidiol is showing promise  as a safe non toxic treatment!

Based on recent scientific studies, CBD oil may be a potential treatment for acne, due to its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to reduce sebum production. One test-tube study found that CBD oil prevented sebaceous gland cells from secreting excessive sebum, exerted anti-inflammatory actions and prevented the activation of “pro-acne” agents like inflammatory cytokines.

As well, a second study demonstrated comparable findings, concluding that, CBD could potentially be a safe and effective treatment for acne, due in part to its remarkable anti-inflammatory qualities.
