    Great for sleep

    I introduced those gummies to my mother because she couldn’t sleep at night. She was a bit hesitant at first, but could not go without them now. It really helps with sleep.

    Excellent to help with sleep

    I use these every night instead of taking my prescription sleeping pills. Cut the gummie into 4 or 5 pieces, too strong for me the whole thing. Helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep.

    not great, just ok

    I didn’t find them very strong and they don’t taste great. I do like that they are full spectrum. I don’t like the corn syrup taste much. They could be better I think.
