How to Place an Order

  1. Browse products in the Store section.
  2. Select your hash, cbd, or cannabis product, choose options, and adjust quantity.
  3. Click “Add to Cart”, then proceed to checkout.
  4. Log in (returning customers) or register (new customers).
  5. Choose a payment option, agree to terms, and place your order.
  6. Receive a confirmation email.

How to Use a Promo Code

Most sales these days on The Natural Remedy are automatically applied and require no coupon code. However, if you do have a code to use follow these steps:

  1. Copy the coupon code from your email.
  2. Add items to your cart, then click “View Cart”.
  3. Enter the coupon code in the “Coupon Code” box and click “Apply”.
  4. Your discount will reflect in the total.
  5. Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.

💡 If you missed entering the code, you can still apply it on the Checkout page.

Order Processing & Shipping

🔹 Payment Processing: E-transfers are accepted within a month of sending. Payments must be confirmed before shipping.
🔹 Order Processing: Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST on business days ship the same day.
🔹 Shipping: Orders are discreetly packaged and shipped via Canada Post.
🔹 Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped. It will also be available in your “My Account” section.

How to Complete an Interac E-Transfer

  1. Log in to your online banking and select Interac e-Transfer.
  2. Add our provided email and name in the given checkout payment instructions as a payee.
  3. Set the security question to “Country” and answer “Canada”.
  4.  Add your order number in the notes.
  5. Send the transfer. Once we accept it, your order will be processed.

🚨 Important: Do not include product details or our site name/details in the message section.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking numbers are sent via email once shipped (usually by the afternoon).
  • You can also find tracking info in your “My Account” section.
  • If you don’t receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I Travel with Cannabis?

❌ You CANNOT travel internationally with cannabis.
✔ You CAN travel within Canada, but you must carry within the legal limits.

Legal Possession Limits

You may possess up to 30g of dried cannabis or its equivalent. The are, however, no limits to the quantity you can order at The Natural Remedy.
