How to Place an Order
- Browse products in the Store section.
- Select a product, choose options, and adjust quantity.
- Click “Add to Cart”, then proceed to checkout.
- Log in (returning customers) or register (new customers).
- Choose a payment option, agree to terms, and place your order.
- Receive a confirmation email.

How to Use a Promo Code
Most sales these days on The Natural Remedy are automatically applied and require no coupon code. However, if you do have a code to use follow these steps:
- Copy the coupon code from your email.
- Add items to your cart, then click “View Cart”.
- Enter the coupon code in the “Coupon Code” box and click “Apply”.
- Your discount will reflect in the total.
- Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.
💡 If you missed entering the code, you can still apply it on the Checkout page.
Order Processing & Shipping
🔹 Payment Processing: E-transfers are accepted within a month of sending. Payments must be confirmed before shipping.
🔹 Order Processing: Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST on business days ship the same day.
🔹 Shipping: Orders are discreetly packaged and shipped via Canada Post.
🔹 Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped. It will also be available in your “My Account” section.

How to Complete an Interac E-Transfer
- Log in to your online banking and select Interac e-Transfer.
- Add our provided email and name in the given checkout payment instructions as a payee.
- Set the security question to “Country” and answer “Canada”.
- Add your order number in the notes.
- Send the transfer. Once we accept it, your order will be processed.
🚨 Important: Do not include product details or our site name/details in the message section.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking numbers are sent via email once shipped (usually by the afternoon).
- You can also find tracking info in your “My Account” section.
- If you don’t receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I Travel with Cannabis?
❌ You CANNOT travel internationally with cannabis.
✔ You CAN travel within Canada, but you must carry an MMPR, MMAR, or a doctor’s letter.
