Very nice product. Didn’t care for the taste, but then that’s to be expected. First time using this product, and I will definitely continue using it. Although it is listed for PMS and Menstual Relief, those days have past (Woohoo), it is amazing for the next phase of life, and for me it helps considerably with bringing down pain, and calming insane anxiety.
