Morning Smoothie Recipe
My morning Smoothie consisting of half to three quarter cup of coconut milk, 1 tbs coconut oil, 1 tbs hemp oil, 1-magnesium, 1-vit c, 1- potassium, 1- zinc, 3 drops of iodine, 10 raw almonds, 1tsp raw pumpkin seeds, 1tsp organic sun flower seeds, 1 organic banana, 1 heaping tbs of Vegan protein powder, 1 full dropper of CBD Canna oil, 8 Cannabis leaves, small hand full of spinach and kale, 1 tsp organic cold milled flax seeds, 1 Tbs liquid greens Chlorophyll, 1 tbs Bee Pollen, 1 tbs omega 3s oil, 3-4 organic strawberries, 1/4 cup organic blue berries, 1/4 apple and what ever fruit that may be in season to your taste. I like to mix it up a lot so it never gets boring ?
