The Neuroprotectant and Antioxidant Benefits of Cannabidiol ( CBD)

I did a bit more research on this and found out that both THC and CBD are powerful antioxidants and neuroprotectants and interestingly enough, the U.S. Government Patent 1999/008769 is specifically for the neuroprotectant and antioxidant properties of cannabinoids. The government has known about this for some time. ?
