How the Dual Chamber Works

Most disposables give you one oil and one flavour. The Heisenberg Extractions vape splits the 3 grams into two separate chambers, each with its own coil and its own strain. A physical switch on the body selects which side you are drawing from.

Live resin side. Extracted from flash-frozen plants so the full terpene profile survives. This is the flavour chamber. Strain-true taste, smoother draw, the side you reach for when you want to actually taste what you are smoking.

The Device

Rechargeable, so you finish all 3 grams instead of losing the back half to a dead battery. Draw activated. No VG or PG in either chamber, just extract. Heisenberg Extractions Vape Not Working? Check These First

Most pens that seem dead are not. Before you give up on it:

• No vapour, light blinks. Battery is low. Charge it for 20 to 30 minutes and try again.
• One side works, the other does not. Check the switch is fully clicked over. It has to seat all the way to engage the second coil.
• Draws but nothing comes out. Airway is clogged. Take three or four short pulls without inhaling to clear it.
• Hard draw, tastes burnt. Oil is cold and thick. Warm the pen in your hand or pocket for a few minutes. Never use a lighter or hair dryer.
• Weak hit after shipping. Oil has shifted away from the coil in transit. Stand the pen upright for an hour and try again.
• No light at all, even after charging. Try a different cable. If still nothing, contact us with your order number and we will sort it out.
