Just tried the temple tea and was very happy with it.
I was worried that all the extra ingredients would over power the chamomile but it’s the star of the cup.
Allow to stepp longer then 10 mins if you have a high tolerance level. I went with 10 min for my first cup and will wait longer for the next one. Feeling calm and in less pain. Thank you TNR !
