I added a little bit of honey like I usually do when I drink tea. I drank it like an iced tea instead of hot, I love it ! I will buy it again.

I love this tea! Tastes nice and gives a lovely high in addition to some relief from cramps. It works well for low medium pain levels but the relief only lasts an hour or so. Still great to use in addition to whatever other remedies you might have.
